NSW: Australia should support UN AIDS program
SYDNEY, Feb 23 AAP - Former US president Bill Clinton today said Australia should givefinancial support to the UN to address the world-wide AIDS epidemic.
Speaking at the 2002 World Congress on the Peaceful Re-Unification of China and WorldPeace in Sydney, Mr Clinton said that despite massive advances in health care, there weremore than 40 million cases of AIDS world-wide - mainly in Third world countries.
